YIPEEE I have some very exciting news.  

Our cooking classes are now available!!

As some of you may know, I have moved my kitchen to Peachester to the magnificent Mango Hill Farm, and I must one of the luckiest cooks in the world, because I not only get to spend my days at the venue where we got married last year, but I also get to pick my ingredients from the divine pottage garden  and everything is organic as well!!

Elenne (the creator of the beautiful farm and B&B, if you haven't seen if before, go and check it out www.mangohillfarm.com.au its the most magical wedding venue you could ask for) and I have been asked by lots of people if we could do cooking classes.  So we decided to go for it.  

I am absolutely over the moon to share this place and my food with more people.  We pick the ingredients from the garden then cook up a storm on the veranda of dovetail cottage and we make an extra lot, so that everyone gets to take lots of goodies home with them.  Its a lovely way to spend half a day and at the end of the class we relax under the massive Jacaranda tree and eat our creations off bone china and vintage linen and wash it all down with some champagne spritzers and fresh country air.
