Well Autumn is here and its time for a change of season, its also time for a change for the 'Love My Food' family.

Our cook Miss Deby Mclennan decided to leave the merry kitchen in December 2011 to start a new adventure of her own. Making a family. We wish her all the best and thank her for all of her help in the start up year of my little business.

But never fear, faithful foodies, its business as usual on the food front and we are so very excited to see the growth of our own baby (love my food) as it turns 2 soon!

New exciting times are ahead......

We have been busy in the kitchen, perfecting new ideas, recipes and packaging. Look out for the new range about to be launched.

We invite you all to come and support your locals......

as the Sunshine Coast joins in acelebration of all the fantastic fabulous food available here on the coast.

The Real Food Festival will be held on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland on September 11th and 12th 2011 and Love My Food will be there with new and exciting products!

Autumn is here

Well it's time to say goodbye Summer and a very big hello to Autumn! and all we can say is a very big yippeeee. Autumn means cooler days , cold nights and curling up on the couch with a delicious casserole filled with seasonal veggies, yummy!

We have been busy discussing new recipes and eagerly awaiting the first few baby beetroot's and parsnips and the delicious root veggies doing a great job of growing nice big and strong ready to be turned into a decadent feast.

Well what a great day it's been.....our 3rd Flannerys on board and Alisa's birthday!! Celebrated in true style with great wine, great food, great company and great times!

I hope your evening of cocktails followed by a romantic meal with your man is suitably fantastic....just like you! x
